摘 要: | 目的]建立HPLC法鉴别真伪野菊花(FLOS CHRYSANTHEMI INDICI)的方法,为规范中药材市场奠定基础。方法]通过测定野菊花中蒙花苷和绿原酸含量鉴别其真伪,HPLC条件:流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(V∶V∶V=26∶23∶1);检测波长为334 nm;流速为1ml/min;柱温为35℃;进样量为10μl。结果]野菊花真品中蒙花苷和绿原酸的含量分别为8.365和0.228 mg/g,野菊花伪品中这2种物质均未检出。结论]该方法方便、可行,可用来鉴别真伪野菊花药材。

Abstract: | Objective] To identify the genuine and sham FLOS CHRYSANTHEMI INDICI by HPLC,so as to provide basis for the standardization of traditional Chinese medicine market.Method] By determining the content of buddleoside and chlorogenic acid,the genuine and sham FLOS CHRYSANTHEMI INDICI were identified.HPLC conditions were: mobile phase of methanol-water-glacial acetic acid(V∶ V∶V=26∶31∶1);detection wavelength of 334 nm;flow rate of 1 ml/min,column temperature of 35 ℃ and sampling amount of 10 μl.Result] Buddleoside and chlorogenic acid were detected in genuine FLOS CHRYSANTHEMI INDICI with content of 8.365 and 0.228 mg/g,respectively,and they were not determined in sham FLOS CHRYSANTHEMI INDICI.Conclusion] The method established in this study was convenient and feasible,which could be employed to identify FLOS CHRYSANTHEMI INDICI. |
