摘    要:目的]对中国广东省感染家蝇的一种昆虫病原真菌进行鉴定。方法]醋酸地衣红染色法观察Entomophthora ferdinandi的形态,分别显微测量分生孢子和细胞核直径,并摄影。结果]被感染的家蝇头朝上,以足和喙固着于植株的上部,双翅向背侧上方张开。这种真菌的初生分生孢子平均为(24.1±2.0)μm×(19.8±1.5)μm,平均有(10.2±1.4)(8~12)个细胞核,细胞核直径为(3.3±0.7)μm。该真菌被鉴定为E.ferdinandii Keller。结论]这是该种在亚洲首次报道,也是中国新记录。

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to identify an entomopathogenic fungus what infected Musca domestica in Guangdong Province of China.Method] The shapes of Entomophthora ferdinandi were observed based on aceto-orcein staining,moreover,the diameter of conidia and its nuclei were measured and photographed.Result] Entomophthora ferdinandi infected adults fixed to upper parts of plants with proboscis and clasped legs and heads were all upward,moreover,wings were spread along latero-dorsally.Primary conidia of this fungus were on average(24.1±2.0)μm×(19.8±1.5) μm and contained(10.2±1.4) nuclei(range:8-12) on average with the average diameter of(3.3±0.7) μm.This fungus was identified as E.ferdinandi Keller.Conclusion] This was the first record of E.ferdinandi in Asia and China.
