美洲南瓜AFLP反应体系的优化与建立

摘    要:以美洲南瓜(Cucurbita pepo L.)为试材,通过对AFLP反应体系中的关键因素进行研究,获得了稳定的南瓜AFLP反应体系。优化后的体系能扩增出稳定条带,可用于基因定位、南瓜遗传多样性分析、遗传图谱构建等研究,为南瓜分子辅助育种奠定了理论基础。

Abstract:The key factors of AFLP reaction system for squash (Cucurbita pepo L.)were studied and optimized in this study. Stable bands from experimental materials were achieved with the optimized AFLP system. This AFLP method can be applied to gene localization,genetic diversity analysis and gene mapping. This AFLP system should be useful for marker assisted breeding of squash.
