| 摘 要： | 为了评价灌区工程所带来的效益,需要对灌区的各项效益进行详细分析,通过对南阳灌区工程的投资费用计算,并对项目节水、省工、节地、节能、增产效益做了客观评估,采用经济评价指标体系,分析了该项目的经济效益,得出了项目回收期为5.6年,内部收益率为15.2%,其效益显著,该分析过程可作为类似工程费用分析的参考。 |

| Abstract: | In order to evaluate the benefits brought by irrigation project, it is neccessary to analyze the various benefits of irrigation district in details. We analyzed the investment cost calculation of the irrigation engineering in Nanyang cit- y. The benefits of water-saving, land-saving, labor-saving, energy-saving and increasing production were objectively e- valuated, and the economic benefit of this project was analyzed by the economic evaluation index system. The results showed that the project payback period was 5.6 years, the internal rate of return is 15.2%, which is remarkable. The conclusion could provide a reference for similar engineering cost analysis. |
