水葫芦栽培对池塘浮游细菌群落结构影响初探

摘    要:应用高通量测序技术研究了浮床栽培水葫芦对罗非鱼养殖池塘中浮游细菌群落结构的影响,对水葫芦种植区和敞水区间细菌群落组成、多样性和丰富度的差别进行了分析,通过对主要环境因子与群落多样性和丰富度之间关系的分析,探讨了水葫芦栽培对浮游细菌影响的部分可能机理。结果表明:水葫芦栽培池塘中蓝细菌门、放线菌门和变形菌门是优势菌群;与敞水区相比,水葫芦种植区蓝细菌门的相对丰度较高,其他一些门类的相对丰度较低,细菌群落多样性和丰富度较低;主要环境因子中叶绿素a和亚硝酸盐氮与细菌群落多样性和丰富度呈负相关的现象,可能与水葫芦浮床栽培对藻类丰度和亚硝酸盐氮浓度的影响有关。

Abstract:Study on the effect of water hyacinth planting on the microbial community in water of a tilapia cultural pond with the method of high throughout sequencing was carried out. The differences of microbial community structure, of community diversity and richness between the water hyacinth planting area and the open water area were analyzed. And the relationships between some of the environmental parameters and community diversity and richness of planktonic bacteria in water were analyzed to state some possible mechanism of the effect. The results are as follows: (1) The phylum of Cyanobacteria, Actinobacteria and Proteobacteria were the dominant bacteria in water. (2) The abundance of Cyanobacteria was higher in the water hyacinth planting area than that in open water area, in contrast, the abundance of most of the other phylum were higher in open water area. (3) Diversity and richness of microbial community were higher in open water area. (4) there were some negative correlations between the concentrations of Chlorophyll A and nitrite nitrogen and the diversity and richness of microbial community which may mainly be caused by the planting of water hyacinth .
