| 摘 要： | 姬松茸是一种美味的药用和食用兼用菌,在日本、韩国等国家广泛种植和应用,通过不同的方法,可以从其菌丝体和子实体中提取出多种生物活性成分,这些成分具有抗癌、提高机体免疫功能等多种保健功能,在日本形成了食用热。目前我国已经引进并且在福建、浙江及北方部分地区种植成功。本文对姬松茸的活性成分及其抗病作用进行了综述。

| Abstract: | Agaricus Blazei ,a kind of delicious medical and edible mushroom,was greatly cultured in Japan and Korea et al. Many active compound by different extraction methods from the fruiting body and mycelia of ABM has the effects of anti-tumor and can promote immune function. ABM was introduced and cultured in Fujian ?Zhejiang and other north areas. In this article,we report the studys on Agaricus Blazei active compound . |
