静电场处理对杉木等树种种子活力影响研究

摘    要:本文通过各种静电场强和不同时间处理杉木、木麻黄、木荷和建柏种子,研究其发芽率、活力指数、电导率、TTC含量,试验表明各树种种子经静电场处理能激活种子内脱氢酶活性、增加膜修复功能、提高种子发芽率和活力指数,具有显著增强种子活力作用.杉木和木荷种子最佳处理为种子经浸种后静电场强-500kV/m,处理时间分别为1min和2min;木麻黄和建柏种子最佳处理为种子未经浸种静电场强-100kV/m,处理时间分别为5min和10min.

Abstract:This paper deals with the strength of electrotatic and time of seeds of Cuninghamia lanceolata,Casuarina equisetifolia, Schima superba and Fokienia hodginsii. Research germination percent, vigor index,conductivity power, TTC method of tree seeds, the result showed that can promote enzyme activity, resume membrane function, germination percent and vigor index, it has obvious effect to improve seed vigor. The optimum the strength of electrotatic -500kv/m, the deal with time 1 minute and 2 minute of wet seed of Cunninghamia lanceolata and Schima superba, and the strength of electrotatic -100kv/m, the deal with time 5 minute and 10 minute of Casuarina equisetifolia and Fokienia hodginsii.
