摘    要:建立了食用植物油(菜籽油、豆油、花生油)经氢氧化钾—乙醇溶液皂化后,直接注入石墨炉测定微量镉的分析方法。本方法以除隔处理的商品精制油作为基质油,加入镉标准溶液,建立标准曲线进行定量。着重研究了石墨炉程序升温条件。方法的回收率为90%—112%,变异系数5.3%-9.8%。

Abstract:The paper describes a method for the determination of trace cadmiumin vegetable oils-rapeseed oil, soybean oil and peanut oil. The oil samples were saponified with alcoholic KOH, then directly injected into the graphitefurnace of atomic absorption spectrophotometer. A free-Cd commercial cooking oil obtained by HNO_3 extractions was used as a blank matrix .The quantitative analysis of Cd was carried out by calibration curve prepared by adding standard Cd solutions into the free-Cd matrix. The conditions of increasing the temperature stepwise for graphite furnace were emphatically studied in this paper. The recovery was 90-112%and RSD was 5.3-9.8%.
