| 摘 要： | 农业进步、农村发展、农民生活条件改善都依赖于科技进步,而农业科技的发展离不开农业科技政策的支持。从农业科技政策、农村科技政策和富民科技政策3个方面对湖北省地方立法的科技强农政策进行了归纳和梳理,并针对现有的科技强农政策制定中存在的不足进行了分析和评价。
