| Abstract: | At the stage of learning, we must attach great importance to the knowlege post graduates gain, and at the same time their creative ability development should be taken seriously. The knowlege structure, ability structure and non-intelligence factors of post graduates will condition their creative ability to bring into play, we have to perfect and create qualities of this three aspect of post graduates from teaching and studying, scientific research, individual training and teaching management. |
