摘    要:小白菜生长周期短,可以周年种植,产品容易出现农药残留和硝酸盐超标现象,为了加强小白菜的标准化生产,提高产品质量,确保食品安全,介绍了小白菜在惠州的无公害生产环境条件、栽培技术方法及主要病虫害防治措施,对小白菜在惠州的无公害标准化生产有较强的指导作用。

Abstract:Pak-choi growth cycle is short.It can grow anniversary,the product is easy to appear pesticide residue and nitrate overweight phenomenon,in order to strengthen the pak-choi standardized production,improve product quality,ensure food security,the paper introduced in detail in huizhou cabbage production environment conditions,the cultivation techniques and the main diseases and pests control method measures,in huizhou pak-choi green standardized production has a strong guidance.
