| 摘 要： | 当前网络视频课程发展中存在品牌优势不明显,缺乏有效推广,利用率不高,视频课程平台难以满足用户多方面的需求,缺乏个性化服务等问题。为了完善网络视频课程建设,应努力打造具有鲜明特色、有品牌优势的视频资源平台,加大宣传力度,提高利用率,应深化服务层次,完善服务方式与内容,改变视频课程资源共享机制,做好用户信息的保密工作;妥善处理好知识产权问题,保障网络视频课程建设的可持续发展等。最后提出:要积极推进大学公开课建设,在高等院校中尝试实施网络视频课程教学与课堂授课相结合的教学模式,逐步推进高校教学改革。
