| 摘 要： | 目的]为胭脂虫的人工养殖提供一定的理论依据。方法]以胭脂虫为供试昆虫,分别采用三角纸袋接种法、切片接种法、毛刷法和靠接法将其接种到仙人掌上进行悬挂培养,研究不同接种方法对其雌成虫数量、单体重和总重的影响。结果]靠接法接种的仙人掌上胭脂虫数量最多,为223个,毛刷法接种的仙人掌上胭脂虫数量最少,为46个,三角纸袋法和切片接种法接种的仙人掌上胭脂虫数量分别为182和156个;4种接种方法接种的仙人掌上胭脂虫雌成虫的单体重分别为0.012、0.011、0.010、0.008g,总重分别为2.002、2.230、0.368、1.716g。结论]胭脂虫人工养殖的最佳接种方法为靠接法。
