摘    要:为了探讨光合作用参数与辣椒耐热性的关系,通过用CI-301PS CO2气体分析仪对4个不同耐热性辣椒育种材料营养生长期的光合特性进行了测定研究。结果表明,辣椒不同耐热性与净光合速率(P)、蒸腾速率(E)、气孔导度(C)、叶片相对湿度差值等光合指标有关。耐热性强的辣椒在“午休”时保持较高的净光合速率、较高的蒸腾速率、较高的气孔导度和较高的出进气叶片相对湿度差值。

Abstract:It is studied on photosynthetic characteristics of four different heat-tolerance capsicums in alimentation growth periods by CI-301PS CO2 GAS ANALYZER, for probing into the relation between photosynthetic parameter and capsicum heat-tolerance. The results showed that heat tolerance of different peppers was related with photosynthetic characteristics, such as net photosynthetic rate (P), transpiration rate(E), stomatal conductance(C), and net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and stomatal conductance of heat-tolerance pepper were higher than these of non-heat-tolerance pepper during the midday depression.
