| 摘 要： | 对草坪草在愈伤组织培养、花药离体培养、悬浮细胞培养以及原生质体培养等方面的研究进展进行综述。分析目前该领域研究出现的问题,并展望了草坪草离体培养的发展趋势。

| Abstract: | Research progress on regeneration system establishment of turfgrass was reviewed by summarizing the callus culture, anther culture, cell suspension culture and protoplast suspension culture of turfgrass. And the limitation of tissue culture for turfgrass was analyzed and the strategy for the future development of turfgrass regeneration system was prospected as well. |
