| 摘 要： | 以施氏鲟为研究对象,在饲料中分别添加谷氨酸钠、牛磺酸、二甲基-β-丙酸噻亭(DMPT)和复合诱食剂,以研究其对施氏鲟消化酶活性的影响。试验设5个处理,分别用G1、G2、G3、G4、G5表示,其中G1为对照组,其余各处理组分别添加1%谷氨酸钠、1%牛磺酸、0.04%DMPT和0.02%DMPT+0.1%谷氨酸钠+0.1%甜菜碱复合型诱食剂,每个处理设3个重复,每重复6尾鱼,试验共进行8周。结果显示:(1)淀粉酶和蛋白酶活性大小顺序为:幽门盲囊、十二指肠瓣肠胃肝胰脏;脂肪酶活性大小顺序为:十二指肠瓣肠胃肝胰脏幽门盲囊。(2)与对照组相比,添加牛磺酸和复合诱食剂消化酶活性差异不显著,添加谷氨酸钠消化酶活性显著降低,添加DMPT脂肪酶和蛋白酶活性显著提高。试验表明:0.04%DMPT对施氏鲟消化酶活性有促进作用,是一种良好的诱食剂。
