| 摘 要： | 仿真研究IEEE802．11g无线网络环境下流媒体性能。在分析支持实时流媒体应用的网络性能瓶颈的基础上，提出一种多媒体服务器对多用户并发请求的响应策略——分组随机延迟响应策略。仿真实验结果表明，这一响应策略显著改进了网络性能，可为实时流媒体在WLAN上的应用提供更好的服务质量。

| Abstract: | This paper presents a simulation study of media streaming performance in an IEEE802.11g WLAN environment. Based on the analysis and investigation of the performance bottleneck, a grouping and random delaying strategy is proposed for server to respond to requests from multiple uses. The simulation results show that this strategy significantly improves the performance of wireless media streaming and provides reliable QoS for real-time multimedia application in WLAN. |
