人参真空冷冻干燥工艺参数优化

摘    要:对影响人参真空冻干的工艺参数进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,影响试验指标的主要因素是加热温度,试验因素主次排列为加热温度、干燥室压力、物料厚度。其较优组合为加热温度为50℃、干燥室压力为80Pa、物料厚度为3mm。

Abstract:The influence of technological parameters of vacuum freeze drying of panax ginseng upon the productivity of product was studied in this paper.The experiment results show that the most important factor affecting productivity is heating temperature and the important order of factors is heating temperature,pressure of drying house,material thickness.The optimized combination of factors is heating temperature 50℃,pressure of drying house 80pa,material thickness 3mm.
