葡萄糖氧化酶产生菌发酵条件优化研究

摘    要:目的]探讨黑曲霉发酵产葡萄糖氧化酶的最佳发酵条件。方法]研究不同培养基成分及发酵条件下黑曲霉产葡萄糖氧化酶的活性。结果]培养基最佳成分为及浓度为:葡萄糖100g/L,有机氮源为4g/L蛋白胨,无机氮源为3g/L硝酸钠;最佳发酵条件为28℃,pH值6,发酵周期72h。结论]通过优化,黑曲霉发酵产葡萄糖氧化酶的活性明显提高。

Abstract:Objective]The aim of the study was to explore the optimum fermentation conditions of Aspergillus niger glucose oxidase.Method]Aspergillus niger glucose oxidase activity under different medium composition and fermentation conditions was investigated.Result]The medium and the concentration of the best ingredients was that glucose was 100 g/L,organic nitrogen source was peptone of 4 g/L,inorganic nitrogen source was sodium nitrate of 3 g/L;The optimum fermentation conditions were 28 ℃,pH 6,72 h fermentation period.Conclusion]Through the optimization,the Aspergillus niger glucose oxidase activity increased significantly.
