摘    要:介绍了油气混输泵在油田中的应用及其在国内外研究状况与发展趋势.阐述了混输泵输送高含气量气液混合物的关键是要对混输泵的过流部件,尤其是叶轮及导叶进行优化,以保持气液两相的均质性,防止输送介质在流道内的分离.结合轴流泵与轴流式压缩机的设计理论,运用轴流泵设计的方法,充分考虑轴流泵和轴流压缩机动静叶组合方式,设计了四组动叶转轮.通过坐标转化,将二维叶片转化到三维空间坐标中,采用三维建模软件Pro/E建立了三维实体模型.结果表明,应用Pro/E对压缩级进行完整的三维几何建模,能够较正确地表达出叶片形状,生成理想的三维实体模型.

Abstract:The application and development of the oil-gas multiphase pump are introduced. To keep the homogenization of liquid and gas, and to prevent medium from separating in flowing part, the key for multiphase pump transporting mixture of gas and liquid is to optimize the flow part of the muhiphase pump, especially impeller and lamina. By combining the theory of axial pump and axial compressor, the whirly impeller is designed with consideration of static and dynamic lamina in axial pump and axial compressor. The 2D impeller is transformed into 3D space by coordinate-change, and three-dimensional entitative model was built by Pro/E. The result shows that the shape of lamina can be expressed exactly by 3D modeling which is built by Pro/E, and an ideal 3D entitative model can be created at the same time.
