摘    要:目的]探索西南烟区烟叶颜色与其主要化学成分和感官评吸质量的关系。方法]2005和2006年采集云南和四川初烤烟叶样品,并进行化学成分分析和感官评吸鉴定。结果]数据统计显示,X2F化学成分协调性稍好于X2L,但X2L更趋向于清香型特征,且X2L的质量档次比X2F稍好。中部桔黄组烟碱和总氮含量高于柠檬黄组,总糖和还原糖含量低于柠檬黄组。中部1、2级桔黄烟叶化学成分协调性不及柠檬黄烟叶。中部桔黄组烟叶感官评吸总得分都低于柠檬黄组。中部柠檬黄组烟叶香气类型更倾向于清香型特征。就化学成分及其比例而言,上部桔黄1级烟叶质量不及柠檬黄1级,B1F香气量稍高于B1L。结论]该研究为烟叶的工厂化高效合理利用提供了科学依据。

Abstract:Objective]The research aimed to study the relationship between leaf color and its main chemical components,inner quality of fluecured tobacco from Southwest tobacco-growing areas.
