摘    要:通过Trichoderma属3个菌株与樟子松枯梢病茵(sphaerop sissapinea)对峙培养试验的结果表明:Trichoderma virideI.Trichoderma viride2及Trichoderma harzianum对樟子松枯梢病病原茵都有抑制效果,其中Tri—choderma viride2对病原茵的相对抑制效果最好,且其相对抑制效果随着时间的增加而增长,在40h达到最高,为73.55。Trichoderma viridel和Trichoderma harzianum对病原茵的相对抑制效果在16h达到最高,分别为4.86及2.59。

Abstract:The antagonistic experiments between Trichoderma spp. and Sphaeropsis sapinea showed that Trichoderma viride 1, Trichoderma viride 2 and Trichoderma harzianum could be used as antagonistic fungi to Sphaeropsis sapinea for biological control. Trichoderma viride 2 had the best depressing effect on Sphaeropsis sapinea. The depressing effect increased with time, and it reached to 73.55 at 40 hours. The depressing effects of Trichoderma viride 1 and Trichoderma harzianum achieved the highest at 16 hours, and they were 4.86 and 2.59, respectively.
