摘    要:目的]通过研究不同种源柔枝松幼苗水势,为柔枝松苗木的抗旱性提供理论依据。方法]在不同干旱时期,研究6个柔枝松种源的幼苗水势。结果]在整个干旱胁迫过程中,各柔枝松种源的土壤含水量下降程度基本相同,而种源Rsi和Rsd水势下降缓慢,分别比正常水分的水势下降了1.10和1.13 MPa,种源Rs下降较快,种源Rsd复水后水势恢复较慢。结论]柔枝松属于高水势延迟脱水耐旱树种,种源Rsi和Rsd较耐旱。

Effect of Drought Stress on the Water Potential of Pinus flexilis James Seedling

Abstract:Objective] The theoretic basis of the drought-tolerance of Pinus flexilis James was provided through the study on its water potential of the seedlings of Pinus flexilis James.Method] The water potential of the seedlings of six species of Pinus flexilis James under the different drought periods was measured.Results] The results indicated that during the whole period of drought the content of moisture in soil covered by the seedlings of six species basically decreased and the decreasing trendy of the water potential in soil covered by the seedlings of Rsi and Rsd was slow,which decrement was 1.10 and 1.13 MPa compared with normal one.The decreasing trendy of the water potential in soil covered by the seedlings of Rs was quick and in the soil covered by the seedlings of Rsd the recovery of the water potential was slow after irrigation.Conclusion] The Pinus flexilis James was the plant with the drought-tolerance,which could delay its dehydration under the condition of high water potential and the species of Rsi and Rsd were with stronger drought-tolerant.
