中国少鳞鳜消化系统解剖结构研究

摘    要:目的]为中国少鳞鳜的人工养殖和进一步研究提供基础资料,为其种质资源保护提供科学的理论依据。方法]肉眼和体视解剖镜下解剖观察中国少鳞鳜消化系统的解剖结构,探讨其消化系统结构与食性的适应关系。结果]中国少鳞鳜的消化道分段明显,具有典型的肉食性鱼类特点;口裂大,口裂宽/口裂长为(1.996±0.811),口咽腔宽阔,口腔长/头长为(0.943±0.171),肠较短,肠长/体长为(0.513±0.061);食道、胃和肠壁内突形成明显的黏膜皱褶。具有独立的肝脏和散布致密型胰脏。结论]中国少鳞鳜的消化系统结构与食肉习性相适应。

Study on Anatomy Structure of the Digestive System of Coreoperca whiteheadi

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to provide basic information for the artificial culture and further research of Coreoperca whiteheadi,and supply scientific theoretical support for the protection of the species resources.Method] The anatomy structure of the digestive system of Coreoperca whiteheadi was observed with naked eyes and under anatomical lens,and the adaptation of its digestive system structure to its diet habits was discussed.Results] The digestive tract of Coreoperca whiteheadi had typical features of carnivorous fish with obvious sections,the fish had big oral fissure with the oral fissure width/length of(1.996±0.811),wide oropharyngeal cavity with the cavity length/body length of(0.943±0.171),and short intestine with intestine length/body length of(0.513±0.061),obvious mucosal rugae had formed in the walls of its esophagus,stomach and intestine.Coreoperca whiteheadi had independent liver and disperse-dense type pancreas.Conclusion] The digestive system structure of Coreoperca whiteheadi adapted to its carnivorous habits.
