| Abstract: | The educational level,income,employment distribution,skills training and current status of social security of Xi′an rural labor resources were analyzed,moreover,the quantity of Xi′an rural surplus labor force was calculated;in addition,mobility causes,effects,quantity,composition,method,flow direction distribution,scale and income of Xi′an rural labor were also analyzed,finally,we put forward that infrastructure construction and social security were used to promote labor mobility. |
