土壤中砷氧化菌的生理生化及转化砷特性研究

摘    要:目的]通过外加砷源驯化肇庆市鼎湖山自然保护区土壤中细菌,研究砷氧化菌的生理生化及转化砷特性。方法]采用富集、稀释平板、硝酸盐漫过、生理生化指标的测定等。结果]从中分离、鉴定出具有氧化砷功能的产碱杆菌和土壤杆菌2种菌株。结论]这2种菌株最适氧化砷温度为30℃,最适氧化砷pH为9。培养基中乳酸钠浓度对菌株氧化砷有一定的影响。
