紫金标提取物抗菌活性的研究

摘    要:目的]测定紫金标(Ceratostigma minusStapf ex Prain)不同萃取相的抗菌活性,为紫金标的进一步开发利用提供理论依据。方法]采用常规琼脂扩散法进行体外抑菌试验,用微量稀释法测定MIC、MBC值。结果]紫金标不同萃取相对金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphyloc-cocus aureus)、大肠埃希菌(Escherichia coli)、铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)和白色念珠菌(Candida albicans)均有不同程度的抑制作用,尤其石油醚层对上述4种标准菌和耐药菌的抑制活性均较高,其对这4种菌株的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)值分别为0.005、0.078、0.156和0.005 mg/ml。结论]紫金标初提物呈现广谱抗菌特性,且具有抗耐药菌作用,这为紫金标的进一步开发利用提供了理论依据。

Study on Antimicrobial Activities of Extracts from Ceratostigma minus Stapf ex Prain

Abstract:Objective] To determine the antimicrobial activities of different extracts from Ceratostigma minus Stapf ex Prain,so as to provide scientific evidence for further development of Ceratostigma minus Stapf ex Prain.Method] The different extracts of Ceratostigma minus Stapf ex Prain were prepared and were subjected to bacteriostatic tests in vitro by agar spread method.MIC and MBC value were determined by microdilution method.Result] The extracts were provide with antimicrobial activity against Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans in different degrees,among which,the petroleum ether layer of Ceratostigma minus Stapf ex Prain from alcoholic extracts showed strong inhibitory activities against the above 4 bacteria with the minimum inhibitory concentrations(MIC) to them of 0.005,0.078,0.156 and 0.005 mg/ml respectively.Conclusion] The extracts of Ceratostigma minus Stapf ex Prain show broad spectrum of antimicrobial activity including antimicrobial effect to drug resistant bacteria,which provides scientific evidence for further development of Ceratostigma minus Stapf ex Prain.
