棕榈油制备生物柴油性能研究

摘    要:目的]对棕榈油制备的生物柴油的理化性能及燃烧性能进行测试。方法]以棕榈油为原料,通过酯交换法制备生物柴油,与0#柴油部分理化性能指标进行对比,并对掺混一定比例的生物柴油进行了发动机台架试验。结果]掺烧生物柴油的混合燃料燃油消耗率略有升高,HC、CO排放明显低于0#柴油。结论]棕榈油制备的生物柴油可以满足替代石化柴油的要求。

The Study on the Performance of Biodiesel Prepared with Plant Oil

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to study physical and chemical properties and the performance of combustion of biodiesel prepared with plam oil.Method] With plam oil as material,biodiesel was prepared by transesterification,and some kinds of chemical and physical performances were compared with 0# diesel.The emissions performance of different proportion of biodiesel fuels in diesel engine was studied.Result] The results showed that HC,CO emission from diesel was lower greatly,the oil consumption was raised slightly than 0# diesel.Conclusion] Diesel could be replaced by biodiesel prepared with plam oil.
