摘    要:以施以牡蛎壳为载体海卤缓释肥组为试验组,施以普通尿素肥和不施肥料组为对照组,记录香菜发芽情况,测定缓释肥对叶绿素、氨基酸和微量元素的影响。结果表明,试验组与2个对照组相比,香菜的发芽时间提早1 d,发芽率提高约15%;叶绿素a、叶绿素b、总叶绿素含量差异显著(P〈0.05),且存在试验组〉对照组①〉对照组②,施加海卤缓释肥更有利有叶绿素a的积累;单个氨基酸、总氨基酸、必需氨基酸及呈味氨基酸差异显著(P〈0.05),且有较大增加;微量元素含量差异显著(P〈0.05),除P和B含量减少外,其他元素含量均有不同程度的增加,以Fe的含量增加最多,增加了约4×103μg/g(DW)。

Abstract:Potted coriander was fertilized brine controlled release fertilizer with oyster shells as the carrier to be experimental group,and with ordinary urea fertilizer and no fertilizer for comparison,coriander sprout complexion noted,chlorophyll,amino acids and trace elements were mensurated.Results showed: the experimental group compared with the two others,made coriander germination time of 1 day ahead and germination rate about 15% increase;there was obvious difference among chlorophyll-a,chlorophyll-b and tol...
