百子莲的盆栽矮化研究

摘    要:目的]为更好地调控植物生长提供一定的理论依据。方法]采用不同浓度的多效唑(PP333)和矮壮素(CCC))处理盆栽百子莲,研究2种物质对盆栽百子莲的矮化效果。结果]浓度500和1 000 mg/L的矮壮素和多效唑对2和4年生的百子莲植株都有很好的矮化作用,但是高浓度的多效唑会使植株产生药害。浓度500和1 000 mg/L的矮壮素对2年生植株花葶的矮化和增粗都有很好的效果,浓度500和1 000 mg/L的多效唑会使2年生植株产生药害,无法开花。浓度500 mg/L的矮壮素对4年生植株的花葶矮化和增粗效果最好。结论]低浓度的矮壮素和多效唑有利于百子莲的盆栽矮化。
