摘    要:目的]分析比较不同产地厚朴的挥发油成分,为厚朴的应用提供参考。方法]采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取厚朴挥发油,运用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对挥发油成分进行分离鉴定,并采用面积归一化法确定各成分的相对百分含量。结果]从5种不同产地厚朴的挥发油中共鉴定出80个化学成分,有18种成分为5个产地共有。结论]不同产地厚朴挥发油的含量及化学成分组成有较大的差别。

Analysis on the Essential Oil of Magnolia officinalis Rehd.et Wils.in Five Different Habitats by GC-MS

Abstract:Objective]The paper aims to study the chemical constituents of essential oil of Magnolia officinalis Rehd.et Wils.from different producing areas so as to provide references for the application of Magnolia officinalis Rehd.et Wils.Method]The essential oil is extracted by water distillation method and then analyzed by GC-MS.Result]Eighty compounds are identified from essential oil of Magnolia officinalis Rehd.et Wils.from five producing areas.Eighteen compounds are all found in the samples from five producing areas.Conclusion]The content and chemical constituents of essential oil of Magnolia officinalis Rehd.et Wils.from different areas are varied.
