槐花黄酮提取方法的比较

摘    要:目的]为槐花中黄酮的提取提供一种最优的方法。方法]采用常温超高压方法提取槐花中总黄酮,并与超声、热回流、煎煮方法进行对比。结果]超高压、热回流、煎煮、超声提取法提取槐花黄酮得率分别为11.30%、10.69%、8.54%、10.12%。超高压、热回流、煎煮、超声提取物对DPPH自由基清除率分别为81.73%、76.87%、70.50%、81.41%。结论]超高压提取较回流、煎煮、超声提取法具有提率高、时间短、抗氧化活性高等优点,超高压提取技术作为一种新的提取方法,在中药提取中应用前景广阔。

Comparison on the Extraction Methods of Flavonoids from Saphora japonica L.

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to provide an optimum method to extract flavonoids from Sophora japonica L..Method] The ultra-high hydrostatic pressure extraction(UPE) technology was applied to extract the total flavonoids from Sophora japonica L.,and it was compared with other three methods of ultrasonic extraction,thermal circumfluence and decoction extraction.Result] The yields of flavonoids extracted UPE,thermal circumfluence,decoction and ultrasonic extraction were 11.30%,10.69%,8.54% and 10.12% respectively.The DPPH radical scavenging rates of the four extraction methods were 81.73%,76.87%,70.50% and 81.41% respectively.Conclusion] Compared with thermal circumfluence,decoction and ultrasonic extraction,UPE had high yield,short extraction time and high antioxidant activity,which had broad application prospect in the extraction of Chinese herbal medicine.
