摘 要: | 目的]优化提取苦豆子(Sophora alopecuroides L.)渣中总黄酮的提取工艺,为苦豆子渣总黄酮的分离纯化奠定基础。方法]在单因素试验的基础上,采用L9(34)正交试验优化苦豆子渣中总黄酮的提取工艺。结果]苦豆子渣总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:料液比为1∶10,提取时间为1.5 h,提取次数为3次,在最佳条件下总黄酮的得率为4.86 mg/g。结论]优化的苦豆子渣提取工艺简便、合理,为苦豆子渣总黄酮的分离纯化及以苦豆子渣为原料的药物开发奠定了基础。

Abstract: | Object] To optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids from Sophora alopecuroides L..Method]On the basis of single factor test,the conditions were optimizecl through L9(34) orthogonal design.Result] The optimum extraction process were as follows: solid-liquid ratio of 1∶10(g∶ml),extraction times of 2,extraction duration of 1 h.Conclusion] The optimized extraction process was convenience and reasonable,and the yield rate of total flavonoids from Sophora alopecuroides L.reached as high as 4.86 mg/g under this condition. |
