| 摘 要： | 目的]研究水流速度对细鳞裂腹鱼（Schizothorax chongi）血液学指标的影响。方法]比较了急流（4.2～5.0 m/s）和缓流（0.08～0.11 m/s）条件下,生长的细鳞裂腹鱼血液中红细胞数（RBC）、白细胞数（WBC）等血液主要生化指标的变化。结果]在急流与缓流条件下细鳞裂腹鱼血液的RBC和WBC没有显著差异（P〉0.05）,急流组血红蛋白含量显著高于缓流组（P〈0.01）。缓流组细鳞裂腹鱼的总蛋白、球蛋白、白蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、血糖等指标显著或极显著高于急流组,而缓流组的谷草转氨酶活性和谷丙转氨酶活性显著低于急流组（P〈0.01）。结论]急流条件下细鳞裂腹鱼的营养水平明显低于缓流条件,急流条件可能导致细鳞裂腹鱼心脏和肝组织损伤。
