肉用种鸽颗粒料的研究

摘    要:选用90对健康肉用种鸽,分为A、B、C、D试验组和E对照组共5组,每组18对种鸽,试验组饲料的粗蛋白(CP)水平分别为16.16%、14.22%、14.29%、16.18%。代谢能(ME)分别为11.85MJ·kg-1、11.82MJ·kg-1、12.52 MJ·kg-1、12.51 MJ·kg-1的颗粒料。对照组饲料粗蛋白含量为11.79%,代谢能为13.31 MJ·kg-1的原粮。进行肉用种鸽颗粒料筛选及与原粮的对比试验。结果:30日龄乳鸽体重(m/g)A、B、C、D 4组分别为 517.00±41.43、505.16±34.16、506.67±39.56、497.68±46.04,比对照组470.00±43.42分别提高10.0%、7.4%、7.8%、5.9%,A、B、C组与E组差异极显著(P<0.01),D与E组差异显著(P<0.05),种鸽的受精率、孵化率各组差异不明显。种鸽生产周期A、B、C、 D试验组分别比对照E组缩短 4.60 d、2.85d、1.73 d、4.30d。A,D组与E对照组差异显著。表明:以粗蛋白为16.16%、代谢能为11.85MJ·kg-1的种鸽颗粒效果最好,该颗粒促进乳鸽生长发育,缩短种鸽生产周期,提高肉鸽种用价值。

Abstract:90 pairs of healthy reproductive pigeons are selected in this study, which are devided A, B, C and D experiment groups and control group E. Four types of dietary particle food in different protein and energy level are designed as follows: 16.16%, 14.22%, 14.29%, 16.18% in CP, 11.85MJ/kg, 11.82MJ/kg, 12.52MJ/kg and 12.51MJ/kg in ME. While the protein and energy level in control group food are 11.79% (CP) and 13.31MJ/kg (ME) respectively. The weight of 30 days old pigeons in group A, B, C and D are all heavier and that in control group E. However all groups are in the same level of the fertitized rate and hatch rate. The results indicate that the dietary nutrition level of CP 16.16% and ME 11.85%Mg/kg is the best.
