| 摘 要： | 热科院地处海南、广东两省六市，下设14个科研单位和3个附属单位，办公室信息化程度直接关系到整个院所信息化建设和管理水平，关系到整个院所的行政与效能。本文通过对办公室信息化建设的意义、内容的剖析，从我院办公室信息化建设的实效性、安全性和长效性等三个方面提出建设性意见。
