| 摘 要： | 通过系统观察仔鳝、幼鳝连续石蜡切片，率先对黄鳝性腺的发生与分化进行了详细研究，基本掌握了黄鳝早期发育中性腺发生和分化的时间和过程，并将此过程划分为如下五个时期：①生殖腺原基的出现及其发育时期；②生殖腺分化时期：③左右生殖腺合并时期；④单一生殖腺时期；⑤生殖腺分化结束时期。
