| 摘 要： | 运用西方经济学的相关观点，分析了深圳市盐田区供水企业的市场特征，指出了供水垄断会产生一定的社会成本并且在一定程度上遏制技术创新。继而提出了一种产权重组的模式，并运用福利经济学、西方经济学及公共经济学的若干观点，对该模式的优缺点进行了分析。

| Abstract: | This paper uses the viewpoints of Western Economics to analyze the market characters for water supply enterprises in Yan_tian District, Shenzhen city. It points out that water supply monopoly will increase society cost and prohibit technical innovation to a certain extent. Then, it brings forward a property_right regroup mode and analyses the merits and defects of the mode by using viewpoints of Western Economics, Welfare Economics and Public Economics. |
