摘 要: | 激光共聚焦显微镜是近代生物医学图像应用中最重要的仪器之一,在定量共聚焦图像分析、定量荧光测量、三维重组分析生物结构等方面具有重要的作用.该研究主要介绍了实验室中最常用的激光共聚焦显微镜的几种样品前处理技术,即FM4-64染色法、BFA处理、双分子荧光互补技术(BiFC)等,同时介绍这些方法的原理、使用范围以及在相关领域中的应用情况等,以期更好地将激光共聚焦显微镜技术应用于科研实践中.

Abstract: | Confocal laser scanning microscopy is one of the most important instruments in modern biomedical imaging applications.It plays an important role in quantitative confocal image analysis,quantitative fluorescence measurements,three-dimensional analysis of biological structure reorganization,and so on.The most commonly used sample preparation techniques of confocal laser scanning microscopy in laboratory were introduced:FM4-64 staining,BFA treatment,complementary bimolecular fluorescence technique (BiFC),etc..The principle of these methods,using scope,and the application in the relevant field were introduced,so as to better use the laser confocal microscope in scientific research. |
