纳米材料的分散方法及用量对UF胶的影响

摘    要:采用了四种纳米材料,比较其种类、分散方法及用量对UF胶主要性能的影响.结果表明,纳米SiO2对UF胶的固化时间无影响,但对UF胶在单板中的润湿性有明显改善作用;超声波的分散效果比其它分散方法好;纳米材料适宜的加入量为1.5%.

Abstract:The effect of the types,dispersion methods,amount on urea-formaldehyde(UF)resin is compared and the results show that nano-SiO2 has no effect on curing time of UF resin,but nano-SiO2 can greatly improve the wettability of veneer surfaces by UF resin,and that ultrasonic method has better dispersion effect than other dispersion methods and suitable addition amount of nanometer material is 1.5%.
