| 摘 要： | 以气象信息分析系统(MICAPS)和气候资料为基础,结合石河子中、长期预报和专业气象服务的实际,就中长期预报和专业服务的问题,用可视化高级语言Borland C++和Dreaweaver网页设计软件及数据库技术,建立一套功能全面、高度一体化和自动化的气象预报与信息服务系统。

| Abstract: | Based on meteorological information comprehensive analysis and process system(MICAPS) and climate data,combining with the actual situations of mid-long term forecast and professional meteorological service in Shihezi,using advanced visual language(Borland C++),web design software(Dreaweaver 4) and database, a set of full-featured,highly integrated and automated climate forecast and professional service system was established. |
