| Abstract: | In response to the opinions of the state council on accelerating the development of modern crop seed industry, Suichang in southwest mountainous areas in Zhejiang Province is now developing a rice seed production base county with its local ecological re- sources advantage. The Countermeasures as follows： strengthening the organizational leadership, innovating the management practices, strengthening the scientific and technological research, increasing support and incentives, strengthening quality supervision. |
