光照度对蛹虫草生长发育的影响

摘    要:以蛹虫草CM-16菌株为供试材料,分别在75、150、300、500和650lx的光照度环境下进行培养,以蛹虫草的菌丝体颜色饱和度、子座颜色饱和度、生物学效率、栽培周期、子座密度、子座长度、基质利用率为指标,研究不同光照度对蛹虫草生长发育的作用规律。结果表明,供试范围内,光照度与以上各指标之间均呈显著的二次函数关系,蛹虫草生长最适的光照度为140~280lx。可见,光照度对蛹虫草的生长发育有显著影响,在蛹虫草的栽培管理中,应分阶段调节培养环境的光照度。

Abstract:Taking Cordyceps militaris strain CM-16 as the test material to cultivate Cordyceps militaris, 75lx, 150lx, 300lx, 500lx and 650lx as experiment level, the color of colony, the color of fruiting body, biological efficiency, growth cycle, density, length and cultivation matrix utilization rate as the index, to realize the effect of the light intensity on growth and development of Cordyceps militaris. The results show that there is quadratic function between all indexes above and light intensity, and 140-280 lx is the most suitable light intensity. The light intensity has significant influence on the growth and development of Cordyceps militaris in the culture process, so we need to adjust the different light intensity timely in the culture of Cordyceps militaris.
