摘    要:选用6个玉米品种,设置45 000、75 000株/hm两种栽培密度。按照供试品种的籽粒产量,将其分为适应性好(郑单958、先玉335、陕单8806)和适应性差(沈单16、豫玉22、陕单902)2组,比较分析其叶片光合性能和地上部干物质的生产与转运。结果表明,适应性好的玉米品种高密度下平均产量较其低密度提高9.41%,较适应性差的玉米品种高密度下平均产量提高53.74%。适应性好的玉米品种高密度下吐丝后的平均叶面积指数(LAI)和作物生长率(CGR)较其低密度分别提高36.94%和16.54%,较适应性差玉米品种高密度下吐丝后的平均LAI和CGR分别提高17.51%和48.08%。适应性好的玉米品种高密度下茎、叶、鞘、苞平均干物质转移率(MR)和转换率(TR)较其低密度分别提高7.13%、5.04%、8.52%、4.83%和9.17%、8.18%、6.62%、18.70%,较适应性差的玉米品种高密度下茎、叶、鞘、苞的平均MR和TR分别提高31.60%、29.15%、29.19%、37.43%和52.48%、48.47%、62.63%、89.61%。

Abstract:Comparative study on photosynthate accumulation and distribution of different types of maize contributes to genetic improvement. The experiment chooses 6 maize varieties sowed under 2 planting densities, 45 000 and 75 000 plants/hm. According to the grain yield of the varieties, the experiment divides them into 2 groups, maize with good adaptability (Zhengdan 958, Xianyu 335, Shaandan 8806) and maize with poor adaptability (Shendan 16, Yuyu 22, Shaandan 902), relatively analyzing leaf photosynthetic properties and dry matter production and transportation of overground part. The result shows that yield of maize with good adaptability under the high planting density increases by 9.41% compared with that under the low planting density, and by 53.74% compared with that of maize with poor adaptability under the high planting density. Average leaf area index (LAI) and crop growth rate (CGR) of maize with good adaptability under the high planting density after silking period are respectively higher by 36.94% and 16.54% compared with that under the low density, and by 17.51% and 48.08% compared with that of maize with poor adaptabilityunder the high planting density. Average dry matter move ratios (MR) and transformation ratios (TR) of stem, leaf, sheath and husk of maize with good adaptability under the high planting density are respectively higher by 7.13%, 5.04%, 8.52%, 4.83% and 9.17%, 8.18%, 6.62%, 18.70% compared with that under the low planting density, and by 31.60%, 29.15%, 29.19%, 37.43% and 52.48%, 48.47%, 62.63%, 89.61% compared with that of maize with poor adaptabilityunder the high planting density.
