摘    要:用自行分离出的5株解磷细菌制成液体菌剂,进行小油菜盆栽试验。结果表明,使用解磷细菌可使小油菜明显增产,其中溶磷菌12-7和解磷菌y9-4增产幅度较大,其次为溶磷菌5-2。作物收获后,土壤速效磷含量变化较大,使用溶磷菌12-7和解磷菌y9-4的土壤速效磷含量降低较少,比对照变化值少23.4%和34.8%。解磷细菌对土壤pH和全磷含量影响不明显。试验表明,溶磷菌12-7、5-2和解磷菌y9-4是青海省石灰性土壤中使用效果较好的菌种。

Abstract:Phosphorus bacteria inoculum prepared from phosphorus dissolving bacteria strains which were separated by our group was used for rape pot experiment. The results showed that phosphorus dissolving bacteria could significantly increase the yield of rape. Phosphorus-solubilizing bacteria strain 12-7 and y9-4 improved the production mostly, followed by strain 5-2. After harvesting, soil available-P content changed widely. The content of soil available-P was decreased on the condition of phosphorus-solubilizing bacteria 12-7 and phosphorus bacteria y9-4, less than the control change value of 23.4% and 34.8%. P-Solubilizing bacteria had no obvious effect on soil pH and total phosphorus. Tests showed that phosphorus-solubilizing bacteria 12-7, 5-2 and phosphorus bacteria y9-4 were better strains used in calcareous soil in Qinghai.
