木醋液预处理对马铃薯茎叶纤维成分和厌氧消化产气特性的影响

摘    要:分别用木醋液预处理马铃薯茎叶0、2、4、6、8d和用0、50、100、150、200倍的木醋液预处理,研究不同时间和不同稀释倍数对预马铃薯茎叶粗纤维(CF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、酸性洗涤木质素(ADL)、厌氧消化过程中产气量、平均甲烷体积分数、H2S质量浓度的影响。结果表明,CF和ADF降解率、总固体(TS)产气量、平均甲烷体积分数的最大值和H2S质量浓度最小值分别为53.34%、40.08%、190.48mL·g-1、57.38%和53.17mg·L-1。木醋液处理的时间和稀释倍数对TS产气量影响不显著。预处理2d的总固体产气量、挥发性固体产气量以及甲烷体积分数与预处理0、6、8d的差异显著,木醋液稀释100倍预处理与稀释150倍预处理差异显著。综合考虑,马铃薯茎叶是一种产气潜力较优的发酵原料,木醋液是一种集酸预处理与生物预处理为一体的效果甚佳的预处理料液,用稀释100倍的木醋液对马铃薯茎叶进行预处理2d是较优预处理条件。

Abstract:One part was to preprocess the Potato stems with pyroligneous liquor for 0, 2, 4, 6, 8 days separately, the other was to preprocess with pyroligneous liquor after diluted into 0, 50, 100, 150, 200 times. We designed to research on the effects of CF, ADF, ADL, gas production, and the mass concentration of H2S. The results showed that, degradability of CF and ADF, TS gas production, the maximum of methane and the mass concentration of H2S come to values of 53.34%,40.08%,190.48 mL·g-1,57.38% and 53.17 mg·L-1. The processing time and dilution factors had no significant influence on TS gas production. 2 d pretreatment had significant difference on TS gas production, VS gas production and the average methane content with 0 d, 6 d, 8 d. The team of 100-fold had significant difference with the team of 150-fold. In conclusion, potato stem is a perfect kind of material for preprocessing, Pyroligneous liquor is useful no matter on acid or biology, and preprocessing for 2 days with pyroligneous liquor liquid diluted into 100 times is the best pretreatment condition.
