复合生物制剂防治西瓜连作病害的研究

摘    要:T42木霉与枯草芽孢杆菌Bs-6对尖孢镰刀菌FUS3有明显的拮抗作用。田间试验表明,由T42木霉与枯草芽孢杆菌Bs-6组成的复合生物制剂能显著增加连作西瓜的茎长和茎粗,经济产量、生物产量分别增加50.9%、66.7%,对连作病害的防效可达75%。

Abstract:T_(42)(Trichoderma sp.) and Bs-6(Bacillus subtilis) had strong antifungal activity to FUS3(Fusarium oxysporium).The field experience results showed the mixed animacules could increase the length and diameter of watermelon stem and quicken the reproductive grow of replant watermelon.At the same time,economic yield and total yield were increased by 50.9% and 66.7%,respectively.The effect of the mixed animacules against watermelon replant disease was 75%.
