普通栽培种与新型栽培种间杂交亲本配合力分析

摘    要:试验以呼盟农枓所育种中常用的8个较优良的亲本品系为材料,对产量、淀粉含量、干物质含量和单株块茎重等4个性状的配合力效应进行了分析。试验结果表明,8个品系的一般配合力效应差异显著,但15个组合间的特殊配合力效应差异不显著。群体配合力方差分析表明,一般配合力方差为总配合力方差的70~80%,说明所研究的4个性状在群体中的表现是以基因加性效应为主的。通过综合评定,可认为品系83—3042、自77—28、自77—106和NS79—12—1是育种及实生薯生产的优良亲本材料。


THE ANALYSIS OF COMBINING ABILITY TO THE HYBRID S.TUBEROSUM AND S.NEO-UBEROSUM
Abstract:The combining ability effects of yield, tuber weight per plant, starch content and drymatter content were studied in a partial diallel cross experiment at Agricultural Scientific Institute of Hulunbeir League. The result suggested that the difference of general combining ability (GCA) effects of eight breeding lines were significant, and special combining ability(SCA) effects of 15 hybridized combination were not.Based on analysis of population combining ability, GCA variation was 70~80% of total combining ability variation. This meant that expression of the four characters studied were determined mainly by aditive gene effects. Evaluated comprehensively, breeding lines"83-3042","S77-28","S77-106" and "NS79-12-1" were superior lines for potato breeding and true potato seed production.
