| 摘 要： | 发展循环农业体现了可持续、绿色和生态伦理的科技哲学理念。但是,发展循环农业的意识淡薄、农业自主创新能力不强、农业科技人才缺乏、农业科技推广效率低等问题的存在,限制了我国循环农业的发展。笔者综述了发展循环农业的科技哲学理念和存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策,以探寻由农业大国向农业强国转变的新路径。

| Abstract: | The development of circular agriculture embodies the philosophical concept of science and technology.Nonetheless,it was restricted by a series of problems,such as weak awareness of developing circular agriculture,weak ability of self-dependent innovation,deficient agricultural sci-tech talents,inefficient generalization of agricultural science and technology.In this paper the author reviewed the philosophical concept of science and technology and existing problems.Meanwhile,the corresponding countermeasures were proposed so as to explore a new path for the transformation from a vast agricultural country to a powerful agricultural country. |
