| 摘 要： | 为重大工程项目实施过程中定量地考虑对生态系统产生的影响,同时为环洞庭湖区域土地资源可持续利用、生态环境保护与建设提供决策支持,根据1996—2008年环洞庭湖区域土地利用/土地覆盖变化数据,应用Costanza生态系统服务价值计算公式和谢高地等的中国陆地生态系统单位面积服务价值研究成果,结合敏感性分析,研究了环洞庭湖区基本农田建设重大工程项目区涉及的14个县(市、区)土地利用变化对生态系统服务价值的影响。结果表明:环洞庭湖区域生态系统服务功能年度经济价值在1996—2008年期间呈先快速增加后缓慢下降的变化趋势,期间净增加19.01×107元,说明研究区域实施退田还湖还林宏观政策的调整是正确的;单项服务价值变化中食物生产减少量达到5.00×107元,主要是食物生产系数最高的耕地减少造成;敏感性系数分析表明,采用谢高地的生态价值系数是合理的。

| Abstract: | To consider the influence ecosystem quantificationally in the implementation process of major project and provide decision support for the sustainable use of land and environmental protection and construction around the Dongting lake area,the effects of land use change on ecosystem service value was investigated in 14 involved counties(cities,districts) in major projects area of construction of basic farmland in Dongting lake area.According to the land use / cover changes data from 1996-2008 around Doingting area,the investigation utilized Costanze(ESV)-the computing formula of ecosystem service value and the research results of ecosystem services per unit area in the Chinese terrestrial ecosystem of Dr.Xie Gaodi etc.The investigation was combined with sensitivity analysis.The results showed that: the annual economic value of ecosystem services function around Dongting area rapidly increased and then slowly declined from 1996-2008 and the net increase was 19.01×107 yuan.This said that the macropolicy adjustment of "return farmland to lake and forests" was correct.The single service value and reduction in food production reached 5.0×107yuan,which was ascribed to the reduction of the cultivated land of highest coefficient of food production.The sensitivity coefficient analysis showed that the utilization of ecological value of coefficient of Dr.Xie Gaodi was reasonable. |
